Farm
Credit of Central Kansas believes in supporting the communities
where our customers live. Many
of our staff live in these communities and are involved in
the local schools, churches and many civic organizations. We
also support youth activities such as 4-H, FFA, FBLA and Ag
in the Classroom.
We believe
it is important to develop the future leaders in our communities.
We do this through partnering
with other organizations
to sponsor educational opportunities. We work with the Kansas
Agricultural Rural Leadership project, Kansas Livestock Association,

Bureau and the Cooperative Extension Service to provide opportunities
for young people to network, broaden their knowledge base
and develop their leadership skills. In addition we host
a Young Farmer and Rancher Leadership Conference each year
where we bring in nationally recognized presenters to discuss
trends in rural America, business planning and personal development
with a group of young producers and their spouses.
