POSITION:	Loan Accounting Data Entry Clerk
LOCATION:	Santa Rosa, CA
GRADE:	DOE
RESPONSIBILITY:	The Loan Accounting Data Entry Clerk keys and/or uploads transactional data into the loan accounting and ancillary systems. This position also provides support to the loan accounting department, including backup assistance for the bookkeeping staff; online banking customer support, and works on special projects.
EXPERIENCE:	High School diploma or equivalent. At least one year administrative experience with accounting emphasis. Knowledge and experience with basic bookkeeping procedures. Must be proficient in organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Proficient in the use of PC, including e-mail, word processing, automated accounting applications, and electronic spreadsheet software.
